• All retailers must register with the Alabama Beverage Control Board by 10/1/2005
  • To sell Ephedrine or Pseudo ephedrine in their stores

• All retailers will be required to keep this product behind the counter in a customer restricted case.

• There is a 2 package limit totaling no more than 6 grams in a 30 day period.

• ALL CURRENT PETREY PRODUCTS ARE LEGAL TO SELL AS LONG AS THE GUIDELINES ABOVE ARE FOLLOWED.

• Liquid or gel caps are exempt from these guidelines but the retailer has to file for an exemption with the Alabama Beverage Control Board.
