• All retailers will NOT be required to register or keep a log book on the Pseudo items. Wholesalers will be required to register.

• There is a 3 package limit on sales at the retail level.

• ALL CURRENT PETREY PRODUCTS ARE LEGAL TO SELL AS LONG AS THE GUIDELINES ABOVE ARE FOLLOWED.
